About Us

LearningStyles.online is a computer generated group of cognitive learning style skill exercises that are age-normed and standardized from age 8 to adult.

This program educates students on how they best learn so they can perform better academically and vocationally.

It has been taken by over 20,0000 students and It was developed by a school psychologist working in the California school district for over 30 years. His mission was to give more students the tools to be able to succeed at school.

Following Dr. Stanley Riley’s mission this site has a free version so that anyone can take it and get a clear two-page illustration and interpretation of their learning style strengths and how they learn best with: reading, writing, listening and or speaking.

If you want to further identify your learning style strengths we have 5 additional assessments and a comprehensive 8 page report available.  Two are for less discussed but important learning style strengths: spatial reasoning, logical reasoning and the other three are more in depth assessments on your reading, writing and listening strengths.

Spatial reasoning learning style strengths are best identified with being able to see things in three dimensions, how things fit together, blue prints etc. Artists, graphic designers, architects typically have these type of learning strengths. With the logic assessments it reflects the aptitude of being able to put different ideas together. Entrepreneurs, inventors, and creative writers typically have these type of learning style strengths.

Our interactive online assessment program increases in complexity as you progress and each assessments stops after repeated guessing. In total there are 10 different 2 to 5 minute exercises. Each one is designed to specifically represent learning comprehension and retention: auditory, visual, writing, verbal comprehension, logical and spatial reasoning.

Your free report and comprehensive report will always be accessible online making it an easily available and trusted resource.  Both reports are designed for students to share it with their parents, teachers, tutors and guidance counselors. The assessments can be self administered or proctored.

With the comprehensive 8 page report it is automatically generated upon completion of the 10 assessments and the report identifies your best learning strengths, outlines the academic subjects + vocational areas that align best with your strengths. The report also Identifies any learning weakness and how they can be minimized/improved through specific classroom accommodations and simple exercise recommendations.

Identifying a student’s unique strengths and weakness and Interpreting how the relationship between them makes a student learn is what the comprehensive report offers. The cost for the comprehensive report is only $20.
